I hope that the day will become better bc yesterday was terrible. I absolutely need Easter holidays to relax a bit. breakfast was of course amazing, an heart bowl full of a messy pumpkin oatmeal.

Made this little collage today of my progress. It’s been quite a journey and I’m so much healthier now. Although I realize weight is just a number on the scale, my ultimate goal weight is 130 or wherever I feel healthiest. I eat a mainly vegetarian and vegan diet and exercise 2 days a week.
